GrassMaster Installs the 5th Pitch for Wolverhampton Wanderers
Last week, the installation of the GrassMaster pitch was finalised at the premier league clubs Sir Jack Hayward Training Ground.
The challenge for Wolverhampton was to offer the same excellent playing characteristics as the stadium and 1st team pitches and to increase the playing and training hours at the same time. In order to do so a highly durable and proven pitch solution was sought.
Consistency is Key
Following some consideration of other pitch types Wolves selected GrassMaster as their preferred hybrid solution.
Partnering with leading sports construction experts J.Mallinson Ltd has ensured that the coordination and base preparation has been carried out to the highest professional standard, meaning Wolves will benefit from the same elite surface as the stadium pitch at Molineux.
